Rozelle, we’ve been listening and creating something special for our community: your local reimagined, to be enjoyed by many.

The Sackville has been refreshed to make the most of our Darling Street corner location, with a beautiful new street-facing bar featuring outdoor seating and new interiors, and a dedicated Sports Bar experience.

It’s all about bringing people together - whether it’s watching a Tigers game, sharing a leisurely lunch, enjoying an afternoon wine whilst watching the world go by, or dancing late into the night with friends.

The new heart of The Sackville - Street Bar.

With refreshed interiors, street-facing window seats, cosy booths, and new outdoor tables on Darling Street the wrap around The Sackville, this space is all about connection - to the neighbourhood, to good food, and to great company.

Inside, you’ll find booths that are made for long lunches, tables perfect for catch-up, and The Cocktail Bar that transitions seamlessly from day to night - spritzes in the sun to cocktails and music after dark.
